Executive Director | Black Hills Corporation | Cheyenne, WY Wyoming Infrastructure Authority (WIA) Executive Director (Cheyenne, WY) The Wyoming Infrastructure Authority (WIA) seeks an Executive Director to manage and direct its efforts to execute on its mission to diversify and expand the state's economy through improvements in the transmission grid. Will be responsible to execute the policies, directives and strategies as approved by the WIA Board as well as maintaining a high level presence in the transmission industry. Maintain a working knowledge of transmission issues on the local as well as regional level and experience in the regulatory environment, including FERC and state regulatory matters. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, minimum of 5+ years in a progressively higher-level position and experience in a department head position. Must have strong knowledge of transmission issues on the local/regional level, regulatory environment, FERC, state regulatory matters, engineering and operations with the ability to assist in the development of operating plans.
