Field Service Engineer/Technologist- Airborne Systems
Chelmsford, MA based company has a position as a Field Service
Engineer/Technologist that will provide operational maintenance and
modification support to ISR airborne systems, sensors and related ground
station equipment. This includes but is not limited to:
- Working with discrete analog and digital circuits
- Reading and understanding schematics and wiring diagrams
- Trouble-shooting and repair to the LRU level, component level is a
plus
- Maintaining mechanical systems and apparatus
- Software maintenance and upgrade support on DOS and UNIX based systems
- Prior experience working U-2, Global Hawk or Predator airframes a plus
- Represent company interest by interfacing with other defense
contractors and military personnel
- Travel to field-sites located throughout the world for extended
periods of time
Experience:
A strong ISR background preferred. Should have an ASEE degree or
equivalent with a minimum of five years experience (or military and
seven level).
Must be a US CITIZEN
This position requires a Secret security clearance
