  •  Process all searches (criminal, civil, miscellaneous, international, and others) utilizing in-house application and internet web sites.
  • Accurately score client submissions while working in EVAL component of research. Understand all client matrices and refer all questions to proper resources as needed. Follow policies and procedures as they pertain to individual clients.
  • Responsible for performing all types of verifications (education, employment, and DOT) and references at service level expectations, as needed. Work directly with vendors, assisting with their processes and procedures, to enhance their turnaround time. Follow policies and procedures as they pertain to individual accounts.
  • Accurate data entry of record information, including entering information into message envelopes while consistently following departmental procedures .

    •  College degree and/or 1-2 years of customer service, research, or investigative experience preferred.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills (Internet, web based applications, Microsoft Office).
    • Proven experience with court reporting and In-House application, and web sites, in a consistently demanding environment.
